Chief Impact Officer

Mason is Juma’s Chief Impact Officer and during his 10 year tenure, he has worked to strengthen Juma’s presence by forging numerous partnerships with various local nonprofits focused on youth development, ensuring the successful implementation of programs, and overseeing social enterprise operations that employ up to 1000 youth annually.

Mason is passionate about closing the opportunity gap and providing equal access to higher education to all young people. He shares Juma’s belief that the world’s greatest social service is a job and is consistently inspired by the leadership and resiliency of Juma’s youth.

Mason received his BA in Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and his MA in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. He currently resides in Seattle with his wife Amelia and two daughters.
