Director of Impact

Claire Wheeler joined Juma in September 2016 and has since served in increasingly impactful roles, including Sacramento Enterprise Manager, Sacramento Site Manager, California Regional Manager, and currently serves as Director of Impact. In her current role, Claire oversees Juma’s national program development and implementation, providing leadership, training, and oversight to program staff and operations. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership and management positions across higher education, nonprofits, and service industries. Claire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership.
