Bay Area Site Director

Michael Rivera began his nonprofit journey with Juma in 2015 as Assistant Enterprise Manager. He soon earned a promotion to Enterprise Manager, where he led social enterprise operations in San Francisco until 2020. In 2023, Michael rejoined Juma as the Bay Area Site Director and is focused on driving the growth of social enterprise operations and deepening youth impact across San Francisco and San Jose. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University and a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Francisco.
